I bought this product recently for use during caravan holidays and to build a Pergola and Decking. It has been well used and it is perfectly OK on most tasks. Drill bits do sometimes get stuck as it is hard to get the chuck tight enough and when the battery runs down it under performs( Just change the battery, it came with 2. For the price it is a good domestic drill but not in the league of expensive profesional drills.

Batteries were up to £40 to replace each, so cheaper to buy a new drill. That's probably why they make them so expensive: forcing us to buy a new drill instead.

Unable to do this by hand and so far have found the chuck doesn't grip the drill bit tightly and when applying pressure when drilling the bit stops.
