Had to buy an adaptor chuck to use normal drill bits, but it works out well in the end. Obviously if you plan to use it mainly as a "Kango Hammer" it is a fairly light duty one - i.e. ok for tracking the odd wall for pipes/cables/etc, but not powerful enough to use as a "professional" tool. In saying that it's a super quality product for the price and the chisel mode is certainly effective for smaller jobs - just don't go trying to replaster your whole house using it as it will take some time!
A great purchase (approx 2.5 years ago) - and very reliable - well pleased.
